6. Service Standards

We strive to provide high-quality cleaning services and use reasonable care and skill in our work. However, the nature of cleaning services means that results may vary depending on factors such as property condition, age of fixtures, type of soiling, and previous maintenance. We do not guarantee specific outcomes but commit to delivering our services to professional standards using appropriate techniques and products.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

  • 7.1 Our services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied

If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, such provision shall be severed from these terms, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. The invalid or unenforceable provision shall be replaced with a valid and enforceable provision that most closely reflects the original intent.

These Terms and Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, and Terms of Service, constitute the entire agreement between you and Quorra regarding your use of our website and services. These terms supersede any prior agreements, representations, or understandings between us, whether written or oral.
