2. Prohibited Conduct
You must not:
2.1Engage in any behaviour that is abusive, threatening, or discriminatory towards our staff
2.2Request services for properties involved in illegal activities or that pose unreasonable safety risks
2.3Attempt to hire our staff directly without going through our booking system
2.4Provide false or misleading information about property conditions or service requirements
2.5Interfere with our equipment or cleaning products
3. Compliance with Laws
You agree to comply with all applicable local, national, and international laws and regulations in connection with your use of our services. This includes but is not limited to laws relating to property access, health and safety, data protection, and consumer rights. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of our services does not violate any laws or regulations.
4. Age Restrictions
Our services are intended for individuals aged 18 years or older. If you are under 18, you may only use our services with the involvement and consent of a parent or legal guardian who agrees to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. By booking services, you confirm that you meet these age requirements or have obtained proper consent.
5. Indemnification

7.1Our services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied
7.2We do not warrant that our services will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free
7.3We do not warrant specific results from our cleaning services
7.4We make no warranties regarding the suitability of our services for any particular purpose
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
8. Limitation of Liability
Subject to applicable law:
8.1We carry appropriate insurance for our operations. Claims for damage or loss should be reported immediately
8.2Our liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the cost of the specific service that gave rise to the claim
8.3We are not liable for damage to items that were not properly disclosed or were in poor condition prior to service
8.4Claims must be reported within 24 hours of service completion
9. Consequential Damages
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of or inability to use our services, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
